vSeeOKC currently offers international shipping to almost all countries and regions.

We ship most items within 1–2 business days after you place your order. The delivery timeframe may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option. Each method has a different average delivery time.

vSeeOKC provides a wide range of affordable shipping options, including free shipping for selected products. Just shop, receive, and enjoy your order in style.

  • Domestic Express — Shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our local warehouse. Carriers include UPS or FedEx.
  • International Economy — Shipments are usually delivered within 5–9 business days after dispatch from our international facility. Carriers include UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express.

Note: If you have any carrier preferences or delivery restrictions, please mention them when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates vary depending on the product, shipping destination, and delivery method. We always strive to offer the most economical options without compromising delivery quality.

International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected service level (Economy or Express), total order weight, quantity, and destination postal code.

Because carriers adjust their fuel surcharges and rates periodically, the final shipping cost is determined at the time of purchase. This means two orders of the same weight and quantity placed in different months may have slightly different shipping fees.

Delivery Delays & Tracking

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, or high demand periods. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll initiate a claim with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which vary depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
